Sign up begins for Beginning Knitting Class Series
Tuesday March 3, 2015 Sign up for classes running Tuesdays, March 17, March 31, and April 14 from 10:30AM-noon.
Instructor Lynda Dunay, of the Knot Just Knitting group, will teach this series of three classes on the basics of knitting. You will learn how to cast on stitches to start a project; and how to knit and purl, the two basic stitches of knitting.
The materials fee for the four class series is $15.00 per person, payable to Lynda Dunay, and includes a pair of needles and a skein of yarn.
Class size is extremely limited, please register ASAP. Registration begins at the library March 3.
No experience needed--just a desire to learn!
The first class project will be an infinity scarf.
