The Southeastern Massachusetts Emergency Communications Center (SEMRECC) provides 911 public safety services to Norton, Easton, Foxborough, and Mansfield.

The Norton Communications Center ceased operations at 10:00 AM on December 8, 2020, and began utilizing SEMRECC to provide 911 public safety services to the Town of Norton.

SEMRECC is located at 100 High Rock Road, Foxborough, MA 02035.
