Stalters achieves All American status at NCAA Div III Championships

Norton, Mass. native places fifth overall in the javelin with a toss of 64.35 meters

GENEVA, Ohio – Sophomore Cameron Stalters from Fitchburg State Univ. collected All-American honors at the 2017 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships after placing fifth overall in the javelin with a toss of 64.35 meters at the Spire Institute this weekend. Earlier in the season he collected several MASCAC and ECAC accolades and recently placed 2nd in the Open New England Championship at Williams College. His furthest throw this season was 67.23 meters ( 220’8”).
