Three Way Accident on Dean Street and John B. Scott Boulevard
Two drivers sent to Sturdy Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

On April 20, 4 p.m., and responded to the intersection of John B. Scott Boulevard and Dean Street for a three-car motor vehicle accident.
After an initial investigation, police determined that a large box truck, operated by Paul Beaudoin, 52, of Avon, was traveling westbound on John B. Scott Boulevard when it passed through the four-way intersection without stopping at the stop sign.Β As the truck passed through the intersection, it struck a vehicle heading south on Dean Street and then struck a vehicle heading east on John B. Scott Boulevard.
The operators of the two vehicles struck by the box truck were both transported to Sturdy Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Beaudoin was cited for failing to stop at the stop sign.
