Wheaton is Full of 'Brainiacs'

In a list of 25, Wheaton College was recently named the 19th most "Brainiac School" by The Daily Beast and Newsweek.

The publications calculated this list by measuring the number of scholarships awarded at each institution in proportion to its student enrollment. Wheaton racked up 139.

The publications also took into account the percent of freshman who were in the top 10 percent of their high school class, the percent of applicants admitted, and SAT scores for math and reading, with data from National Center for Education Statistics.
