Yoga for Addictions - Class 2 of 3
Certified Yoga Instructor Ellen Cosgrove-Cuneo will guide us through a beginner sequence of yoga asanas, affirmations, and relaxation meditation that will restore your mind, body, and spirit back to balance.
What is yoga for addictions? Yoga is an embodied spiritual practice, breathing with movement and intention. In this practice we integrate the wisdom of yoga and the practical tools of the 12-step programs, guided by themes that inspire and motivate us to look deep within the issues in our tissues! For everyone entering this journey, the path of recovery, this is a safe and judgment-free practice that will allow you to find relief, one breath at a time.
Register for any or all three classes starting November 21.
