2 National Restaurants To Open At Peabody Northshore Mall

PEABODY, MA — Two celebrated national restaurants will open their first location on the North Shore in Peabody this year.

Simon Properties said Fogo de Chão and Shake Shack will both open at the mall, with the Brazilian steakhouse set to open this summer and Shake Shack set to open on the promenade next to Immersive Gamebox later this year.

"Northshore Mall continues to evolve as a true community destination, offering a vibrant mix of dining, retail, and entertainment all in one convenient location," said Alexandra Meadus-Pitcher, Director of Marketing at Northshore Mall. "From the upcoming arrival of Fogo de Chão and Shake Shack to beloved brands like Old Navy, the newly updated Foot Locker, and engaging entertainment experiences, these additions reflect our commitment to creating a place where there's truly something for everyone to enjoy throughout the year."

This restaurant will mark Fogo de Chão's third location in the Boston area, joining an existing location at Burlington Mall. The new restaurant will feature social gathering spaces throughout the bar area and dining room.

The Shake Shack location will add to its group of 660 shops opened worldwide since its first location in 2004.

Along with the recently opened Old Navy and Foot Locker stores, in 2027, the Northshore Mall anticipated the opening of the DICK's House of Sport and the Residence Inn by Marriott Peabody location.
