2015 Presidents' Day in Peabody: What's Open, What's Closed?

Washington’s Birthday, also known as Presidents’ Day, is a federal holiday held on the third Monday of February.

Many businesses will be open as usual and many stores and car dealerships will hold President’s Day sales this weekend and on Monday. Monday also marks the beginning of February school vacation week for the majority of schools in the region.

Here is a look at what will be open on Presidents Day, and which will be closed:

• Schools: Closed
• Libraries: Closed
• Post Office: Closed
• Banks: Closed
• Restaurants: Open
• Retail stores: Open
• Supermarkets: Open
• Liquor stores: Open
• Gas stations: Open
• Movie theaters: Open
