20th Peabody Day at Salem Country Club! Thank You!

2014 Peabody Day at Salem Country Club

The 20th annual Peabody Day was held at SCC on Monday July 7, 2014. Again this year the event vividly illustrates our commitment to our neighbors and the City of Peabody. This is not just a social event for us to share with our neighbors our renowned golf course. This event has taken on a much more important function as an event to recognize the accomplishments of the youth of Peabody and to assist in their continuing academic pursuits.

To that end, we have presented three scholarships each year since the original Bi-centennial Event in 1995. Two of the scholarships go to deserving graduating seniors from Peabody Veterans Memorial High School and one to a Bishop Fenwick High School senior, all of whom reside in Peabody.

To date, we have awarded $244,500 in scholarships (including this year).
