ServSafe: The  is offering another ServSafe Certification Course Aug. 7 with Ben Stoller for those who want to learn food safety standards. If you want to join the culinary profession, or pursue a career in the hospitality industry, Massachusetts law requires that you become ServSafe certified. The class runs 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the West Branch Library and costs $150 for residents or businesses.
