Alzheimer's Association to Offer Free Healthy Lifestyle Event
June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness month.

June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness month. As part of the planned events for the month, the Alzheimer’s Association will host a free event to help inform the public on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to promote healthy aging.
The event will take place from 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, at Peter A. Torigan Community Life Center at the Council on Aging, 79 Central St., Peabody.
Healthy Habits for A Healthier You, will address lifestyle habits to maintain or potentially improve an individual’s health as they age through proper nutrition with mental, social and physical activities. The program is designed for individuals of any age who are looking for information ways to age as well as possible.

The Alzheimer’s Association, with headquarters in Watertown, has regional offices in Springfield, Raynham, and Worcester, MA and Bedford, NH.
