The conference is presented by the chamber and members of THRIVE, the chamber's group dedicated to helping North Shore businesswomen succeed professionally and personally.

THRIVE creates opportunities for women through networking, mentoring and education.

The summit will include breakfast and luncheon speakers, breakout presentations and networking throughout the day.

During breaks, attendees will also be able to visit a marketplace featuring representatives from women-owned North Shore businesses exhibiting products and services.

The keynote breakfast address will be presented by Dr. Stephanie Peabody, founding director of the Brain Health Initiative.

Her session "Advancing Women's Brain Health on the North Shore" is expected to focus on how brain health changes over time and on practical strategies to support performance and well-being.

Jenny Holaday, president of Encore Boston Harbor, is scheduled to deliver the luncheon address "Leading with Confidence, Clarity and Compassion."

Holaday oversees a $2.6 billion resort and a team of 3,000 employees. Her keynote is described as a look at leadership principles and lessons from her career in a male-dominated industry.

Additional speakers and panelists are expected to share personal stories and discuss a range of topics during the conference.

Planned presentations include "Go For The Ask: Know Your Brand, Your Pitch, Your Worth," "From Tragedy to Triumph: Rising, Leading and Thriving Against the Odds," and "The Unfiltered Founder Conversation: Creating a Business with Purpose and Staying Power."

The annual summit is aimed at women across career stages, from those building networks to those seeking leadership and business development insight. The event is designed to combine professional development with local business connections in one setting.
