PEABODY, MA — Six Peabody youth football players and one coach were part of two national champions this weekend.
The Peabody players won both at the U-9 and U-11 championships at the New England Youth Tackle National Championships.
The players played for the Silverbacks out of Lynn in the NEYT national championship on Saturday at Brown University Stadium in Rhode Island.
Evan Rossi is a halfback and linebacker.
Bennett Rossi is a linebacker and halfback.
Kolton Cruz is a center and defensive lineman.
Logan Johanson is an offensive and defensive lineman.
Aiden Fazekas is an offensive and defensive lineman.
Davi Almeida is an offensive and defensive lineman.
