PEABODY, MA — Peabody Little League has opened registration for Fall Ball 2026, with signups scheduled to close Aug. 12.
Peabody LL is also looking for managers and assistant coaches in all divisions as it builds teams for the fall season.
The league said Fall Ball is aimed at players who are just getting started as well as those looking to sharpen skills ahead of next spring. The program offers players a chance to continue developing, build confidence and spend time on the field.
Peabody Little League also used the announcement to encourage volunteers to step forward.
The league described volunteering as "one of the most rewarding ways to make a lasting impact on young athletes while helping us ensure every child has the opportunity to play.
"No matter your experience level, we'll provide the support and resources you need to succeed."
In the Hybrid division for 4- to 6-year-olds and first-season 7-year-olds, the league listed four teams with 32 players. In AA, for ages 7 to 8, the league reported three teams with 31 players. In 11U, for ages 9 to 11, the league reported two teams with 20 players.
The league said AA and 11U rosters are capped at 12 players, but additional teams can be added based on registrations.
The number of teams in those divisions will depend on whether enough players sign up and whether enough adults volunteer to help lead them.
