North Shore Resident Named Vice President At Peabody-Based Bridgewell

PEABODY, MA — Bridgewell has appointed Middleton resident Molli Marshall as vice president of day habilitation and community engagement, the nonprofit social and human services organization.

The organization serves northeastern Massachusetts and said Marshall will oversee the administrative, fiscal and programmatic needs of several key programs.

In the new role, Marshall will oversee Bridgewell's day habilitation programs, which provide life skills development, community engagement and daytime supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She also will oversee Community-Based Day Services and employment programs.

Bridgewell President and CEO Christopher Tuttle said Marshall has helped shape the organization's work over the past decade.

"Molli has played an integral role in strengthening Bridgewell's programs over the last decade by developing person-centered and trauma-informed practices to improve outcomes for the individuals we serve," said Bridgewell President and CEO Christopher Tuttle. "Her career has reflected tremendous professional growth and a deep commitment to our mission. Advancing from direct service work to management-level roles has given her a unique perspective that allows her to lead compassionately and with expert guidance."

Marshall most recently served as Bridgewell's director of day habilitation operations. In that role, she partnered with managers on quality outcomes, workforce development, compliance and operations across all four of Bridgewell's day habilitation programs, according to the announcement.

Marshall also previously served as program manager and developmental specialist in its day programs. The announcement states that she has led operational initiatives and advanced person-centered service models for more than a decade.

Marshall said she plans to continue focusing on support, inclusion and community connections for the people Bridgewell serves.

"I am excited by the opportunity to continue helping individuals discover their strengths, pursue their goals, and build meaningful connections within their communities," said Marshall. "In my time at Bridgewell, I have witnessed the transformative impact of person-centered supports, community engagement, and skills development. I look forward to working alongside our dedicated staff, the individuals we serve, and their families to continue expanding opportunities for independence, inclusion, and meaningful community participation."

Marshall earned a bachelor's degree from Saint Anselm College. She also received the Providers' Council Gerry Wright Direct Service Award in 2018.
