Brooksby Village Receives Employer of the Year Award

Peabody, MA -- Brooksby Village, an Erickson Senior Living developed and managed retirement community in Peabody, MA, was one of three employers in MA to receive Viability Inc.’s Inclusive Employer of the Year Award.

Brooksby Village was recognized for their program partnership and support of John “Chris” “Buddy” Anderson who has worked at Brooksby Village for 18 years in Dining Services. The community was selected based on their employer culture that upholds dignity of people with disabilities or disadvantages, true partnership between Brooksby Village and Viability Inc., promoting growth of the program and/or career growth for individuals, inclusion and integration.
