The duo Sultana weaves history, original songs, and a slideshow for a unique and fun look at U.S. history and legends. It is a story of heroes and celebrities, immigrants and indigenous peoples, injustices and progress. Visits are paid to a legendary heroine, a sports superstar, a technological feat, a media circus and much more. The program is part of the series “Live Music Making History Live.”
