Danvers High School Athletic Fields Project Public Meeting

A public meeting regarding the High School Athletic Fields Project will be held at 6:30 p.m. May 13 at the Danvers High School Cafeteria, 60 Cabot St.

The meeting will include discussion about, but not limited to, the following:

• Relocation of the stadium (upgrading to synthetic turf field) and competition track
• Construction of ADA accessible stadium bleachers with a seating capacity of 2,500
• Construction of energy efficient lighting systems and scoreboard
• Relocation of one of the baseball fields
• Addition of two U10 playing fields (135’ x 105’)
• Reconstruction of five existing tennis courts
• Construction of covered storage and concession stands
• General site re-grading
• Upgrade of utilities, including a storm water drainage system

The purpose of this meeting is to inform Danvers residents about the Danvers High School Athletic Fields Project and provide an opportunity to answer any questions.
