Don't Forget to Spring Ahead

Turn clocks ahead by one hour on Saturday night for daylight savings time which begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday.

Believe it or not, it's time to move the clocks ahead one hour before you go to bed Saturday because daylight savings time is here again.

The good news is that the days will last at least one hour longer. The bad news is you will technically lose an hour of sleep tonight.

Daylight saving time begins Sunday at 2 a.m.  Daylight saving time will end Sunday, Nov. 6.
