Energi Insurance in Peabody to Hire More than 200 New Employees

Energi Insurance Services Inc. has signed a 40,000-square-foot lease expansion at 10 Centennial Drive in Peabody.The renovation and expansion will take place on the second floor of the company’s world headquarters in Centennial Park.

Energi provides specialized insurance to the energy industry.

Tamie Thompson, managing directorand Peter Richardson, senior vice-president, both of Boston-based Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Energi Insurance Services. Cushman & Wakefield executive director Torin Taylor represented landlord, CHB Properties Inc.

Other tenants of the 307-acre Centennial Park include Boston Children’s Hospital, Analogic, Converge, Cardinal Health, Fresinius Medical Care, The Musculoskeletal Center and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

There were no specifics provided yet on the timeline for the expansion.
