Paddy Kellys — 154 Washington St.

Yelp reviewer Sha D, of Medford, said: "Paddy Kellys is awesome considering it doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside it's usually packed with a younger crowd of people. They have beer pong tournaments on Mondays, trivia on Tuesdays, & other events throughout the week... so if you're like me and don't have every weekend off from work, this is a good place to take advantage of some week time nightlife."

Brodie's Pub — 10 1/2 Lowell St.

Ellen H, of Beverly, said: "I love Brodie's -- the place just rocks. It's a wicked local spot, the kind where the regulars stare at you when you walk in. I'm fine with that, I can drink with the best of em so there is no shame in my wateringhole game. Drinks are always strong and they have a really good selection for a small bar."

Stonewood Tavern — 139 Lynnfield St.

Sarah H, of Tewksbury, said: "I frequently visit Stonewood on Friday or Saturday nights to unwind from the week.  I like the side with the live music, there are some pretty good local bands. The bartenders are great especially Dan who is usually on the smaller bar, he is always very friendly to my boyfriend and I and quick to serve us our drinks. Highly recommend seeing Dan for you next drink here."

Champions Pub — 114 Foster St.

Yelper Tara V, of Lynn, said: "I'm a local and I will tell you Champions Pub is a dive bar, hole in the wall, scary looking place from the outside, but they have the BEST steak tips i have ever tried!! I have yet to find a place that beats them... "
