Gann Academy Graduate from Peabody Earns Softball All-Scholastic Honor
Jayme Callum, Gann Academy Class of 2017, named to both the Boston Globe and Boston Herald All-Scholastics Teams

PEABODY, MA - Gann Academy graduate Jayme Callum, class of 2017, was recently recognized by both the Boston Globe and Boston Herald as an All-Scholastic athlete.
As a catcher on the Gann Academy softball team, Callum batted .602 with five home runs and 28 RBI, earning Independent Girls Conference softball MVP honors for a second time. She finished her career as a four-time IGC All-Star with a .611 average and 21 homers. Callum was a two-time captain in both softball and volleyball and will play both sports at Ursinus College in the fall.
Gann Academy had a total of three athletes recognized as All-Scholastic this year by both the Globe and Herald. In addition to Callum, Elan Ganz, a rising senior at Gann Academy, was recognized for lacrosse and Zoe Weiss, a graduate of the class of 2017, for tennis.
