 At this particular location, members have access to a basketball court, an indoor track, a gym, a rock climbing wall, personal trainers, fitness classes for all ages, group exercise programs, swimming in indoor and outdoor pools, treadmills, rowing and spin machines, stair climbers, a sauna and extensive free weights.  

For members with children, there are also family changing rooms and various childcare options as well as summer camps.  This facility offers extensive hours, plenty of parking and participation in partner programs for healthy days and buddy pass specials.   Rentals within the facility for birthday parties and wellness geared celebrations are available as well.
