Graphic: How walkable is Peabody?

Data from FindTheHome.com gave a "WalkIQ" walkability score to each community in Essex County. Do you agree with their findings?

Peabody, MA — Nobody likes spending upward of $60 to fill up their gas tank, but in many places it's hard to avoid.

But in Peabody, many residents find themselves hopping in the car to complete the most necessary tasks. What would happen if you didn't have a car? Would you be able to survive without one?

FindTheHome.com attempted to tackle that question. The real estate listing and research website issued a "WalkIQ" walkability score for every city and town in Essex County. The WalkIQ is a relative score measured by finding the number of stores, amenities, points of interest and parks that are within walking distance for the median home in each community
