Here's What You Need to Know for Tuesday's Primary in Peabody
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Sept. 17 for the primary election for the Ward 3 seat on the City Council.

The city's only primary election this fall is Sept. 17 for a seat on the City Council.
Ward 3 voters can hit the polls from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the three precincts in the East End of the city. Unlike two years ago, there's no rain in the forecast at this time -- 62 degrees and sunny.
Here's who's on the ballot (you can find Q&As with each candidate here):
- WILLIAM A. TOOMEY, 33 Abington Ave.
- THOMAS K. SERINO, 15 Abington Ave.
- JAMES MOUTSOULAS, 9 Sprague St.
The precinct locations in Ward 3 are as follows:
- Precinct 1 and 2, Our Lady of Fatima Church, 50 Walsh Ave.
- Precinct 3, Wilson Terrace Community Hall, 15A Wilson Ter.
