Hipshot Brings Classic R&B, Disco, Motown to Peabody

Mayor Edward A. Bettencourt Jr. and the City of Peabody are pleased to announce the third concert of the 22nd annual Summer Concert Series. This concert will be held at the Leather City Common located on Lowell Street on Sunday, Aug. 3 from 6 to 8 p.m.

We are pleased to feature Hipshot for our fourth concert of the summer. Hipshot is a New England band featuring Classic R & B, Top 40 R & B, Disco Soul, Motown, 80’s Rock and Jazz. The New England based band Hipshot is a full outfit that includes the Hipshot Horns. Energizing crowds everywhere, HIPSHOT offers a diverse repertoire with a focus on crowd favorites and maximum audience enjoyment. The band is fronted by tremendous talents, who provide high energy, and nonstop entertainment for every crowd.

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets and picnics and then sit down, relax and enjoy! In case of rain, the concert will be cancelled and rescheduled to a date to be announced.
