Improv Will Come to Downtown Peabody This Thursday
21+ Improv Night will benefit Black Box Theater

The Peabody Cultural Collaborative has organized 'A Night at the Improv to Benefit the Black Box Theater' for this Thursday. The R-rated comedy show is open to audiences 21+ and stars Peabody resident Ted Neary and North Shore improv group, Accidentally on Purpose.
Tickets to the show are $25 per person and all proceeds will go towards the construction of Peabody's Black Box Theater. The event will take place at ArcWorks Community Art Center at 22 Foster Street in Peabody. Northeast Arc, the organization in charge of the space, and The Friends of the Black Box, are in the process of raising funds to turn a portion of the building into a black box theater that will be available for productions, open mics, business receptions, and other special events.
Doors open on Thursday at 7:00 PM and the program is expected to begin at 7:45 PM. Adult beverages and light refreshments will be available. The official event page can be found here.
