Northshore Mall Legal Sea Foods to Reopen Next Wednesday

After two months of remodeling, the restaurant will introduce its new look to customers Aug. 31.

PEABODY, MA – After two months of remodeling, Legal Sea Foods at the Northshore Mall will reopen with an updated interior, as well as a brand new sushi menu.

The 9,000-square-foot interior has been redesigned by Atlanta-based firm Johnson Studios with a theme inspired by the New England coast. Maritime references abound throughout the restaurant, including oversized mirrors in the style of portholes, large-scale vertical shiplap wall paneling, nautical light fixtures and a seaside-themed color scheme.

Legal Sea Foods has expanded its bar area to 86 seats, and offers communal seating for a social dining and drinking experience.

In addition to its main dining area, which seats 106 guests, the restaurant contains a private dining room that can accommodate parties of up to 32 people.

Building on its classic fare, Legal Sea Foods will also unveil its brand new all-day sushi menu at its reopening, which the restaurant promises will offer a "fun twist on Legal’s legendary fanaticism for freshness."
