Peabody Man Busted on Heroin Charges in New Hampshire
Manchester, N.H. Police found 82 grams of heroin on Ramon Rivera Muniz, according to authorities.

A 27-year-old Peabody, Mass., man was arrested by Manchester, N.H. Police on Tuesday after they found 82 grams of heroin on him, according to authorities.
Ramon Rivera Muniz, 27, of 80 Washington St., #2, Peabody, Mass., was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute.
Manchester Police Special Investigation Unit learned that a subject was on his way to Manchester, N.H, from Massachusetts with a large quantity of heroin on Tuesday.

Special investigations detectives saw the man around 5:30 p.m. in the parking lot of 7-Eleven located at 557 Maple St., Manchester, N.H., and detectives were able to identify him as Muniz.
During the investigation, Muniz was found to be in possession of 82 grams of heroin. The approximate street value of the heroin is $8,200.

Muniz was on probation in New Hampshire, so his probation officer put a 72-hour hold on him on Tuesday. He was scheduled to be arraigned in court on Wednesday.
