Mayor Schedules Additional Yard Waste Pickup
Additional curbside collection the week of June 15 to June 19.

Due to a large number of resident requests, Mayor Edward A. Bettencourt, Jr. has announced an additional curbside yard waste collection during the week of June 15 through June 19, 2015.
During the week of June on their normal trash pickup day, residents may leave their yard waste curbside in paper bags or barrels. No yard waste in plastic bags will be accepted. All yard waste should be picked up no later than 3 p.m. Residents should note that haulers may pick up regular trash first and return later in the day for yard waste. There is no charge for curbside yard waste collection.
“My office has received many calls from residents who need an additional opportunity to dispose of their grass clippings and other yard waste,” said Mayor Bettencourt said in a statement.
