Mrs. Essex County Pageant 2016 Seeks Contestants

A winner will be crowned Sun., Oct. 9 at the Topsfield Fairgrounds.

The 46th Mrs. Essex County will be crowned this year at the Topsfield Fair, and it's not too late to submit your name as a contestant.

Over the years, hundreds of women have entered the contest for the chance at representing the Essex Agricultural Society at events and serving as an ambassador of the Topsfield Fair.

To compete in the Mrs. Essex County Pageant, contestants must be married, currently living in Essex County with their spouse and be at least 18 years old to enter. Each contestant will submit a prepared food item under the year's theme; this year's is "your family's favorite cookie."
