Nominations Sought For 12th Annual George Peabody Legacy Awards

The Peabody Awards honor educators and philanthropists who work to provide a lifetime of contributions to the education community.

PEABODY, MA — Nominations of Peabody educators and philanthropists who have provided a lifetime of contributions to the city's educational system are being sought for this year's George Peabody Legacy Awards.

The Peabody Education Foundation has made the application for the 12th annual awards available here.

The awards are designed to honor those who provide an education that goes beyond just academics by providing opportunities and challenging students to be the best they can be.

Nominations are due on Aug. 2. Those nominating are asked to remember to include their name, address, and telephone number on all nominations for verification or request photos and additional information.
