North Shore Community Action Programs Fights Homelessness on the North Shore
Organization partners with North Shore Music Theatre to Host fundraiser

North Shore Community Action Programs (NSCAP) is pleased to partner with the North Shore Music Theatre (NSMT) for a special fundraising event on Friday, October 9, 2015 at 6pm. Tickets to the event include a cocktail reception at North Shore Music Theatre, a light supper and seating for the Tony Award Winning show, Billy Elliot The Musical, with music by Elton John. Proceeds from the event benefit NSCAPS work in homelessness prevention. Tickets for the show and reception are $65 and can be purchased on line at http://www.nscap.org/events/index.html . NSCAP is an organization that works to empower people to achieve social and economic stability through services and education in partnership with the community. “NSCAP helps people on the North Shore secure safe, stable, affordable housing,” stated Laura McNeill, executive director. “We work to keep families out of homelessness. NSCAP offers homelessness prevention services, legal services, home heating programs, adult education for those improving their English skills, weatherization assistance programs, home care for independent living and more to residents of Beverly, Danvers, Peabody, Salem and surrounding communities.
