NSCAP Recognizes Mr. William Skouras For Fighting Homelessness.

North Shore Community Action Programs (NSCAP) would like to recognize Mr. William Skouras for his assistance fighting homelessness. Mr. Skouras is a property owner in Peabody and has worked closely with NSCAP's Community Outreach Director, Heidi Williams, to place eight homeless individuals in his newly renovated apartments on Walnut Street. NSCAP would like to say "thank you Mr. Skouras for helping our homeless clientele find a stable place to call home.
