Obituary: Evelyn G. Saulnier, Nurse

Evelyn G. Saulnier, died peacefully at Pilgrim Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on June 9 with her family by her side.

Evelyn was born in Lynn, MA in 1931 to Henry C. White and Gladys White. Evelyn is also predeceased by her two brothers Henry C. White II and Kenneth White.

She attended high school at St. Johns in Peabody and then attended and graduated from Carney Hospital School of Nursing. She worked at Hunt Memorial Hospital for many years before retiring.

Evelyn was an avid reader, but also enjoyed cooking, quilting, crocheting, crossword puzzles, playing cribbage and watching sports.

Evelyn is predeceased by her husband Arthur J. Saulnier with whom she spent 58 years of marriage. She is also survived by her three children and their spouses, Donna and John Miedzionoski of Beverly, Janis Saulnier and Carole Germano also of Beverly, and John and Theresa of Peabody. She also leaves fourgrandchildren, Erin Miedzionoski of Mesa, AZ, Jessica Miedzionoski of Peabody, and Peter and Daniel Saulnier, both of Peabody.
