Katherine “Katie” Hallinan 24, of Peabody, died unexpectedly, January 22nd, 2015 at Lahey Clinic in Peabody.
Born in Salem, she was the daughter of Susan V. (Johnson) Hallinan of Peabody and David Hallinan of Peabody. She was raised and educated in Peabody and attended Peabody High School.

Katie was a loving and compassionate person. Her personality endured her to many friends throughout her life. She was a pioneer girl at the West Congregational Church in Peabody and in her younger years played many youth sports including soccer. She enjoyed spending her time golfing, swimming and dancing. She had a great love of children and was often asked to babysit her family and friends children and she had a love of animals. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Katie is survived by her parents, Susan V. (Johnson) Hallinan of Peabody and DavidHallinan of Peabody, her brother, Thomas Hallinan of Boston, her sister Rebecca Eleftheriou of Londonderry, N.H., her paternal grandparents, Thomas and DorothyHallinan of Peabody, her uncle Richard W. Johnson of Port Richie, Florida and many extended family and friends. She was pre-deceased by her maternal grandparents George and Janet Johnson and her Aunt, Anne Hallinan.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service which will be held in the Peterson-O’Donnell Funeral home 167 Maple St., (rte 62) Danvers, Wednesday, January 28th at 6 P.M. Following the service all are invited to a Celebration of Katie’s Life at the Moose Family Lodge, 50 Grove St., Salem from 7 to 11 P.M. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Katie’s memory to Chucky’s Fight, 380 Lafayette Rd., Unit 11-193, Seabrook, N.H., 03874.
