Mary A. “Marie” (McGonagle) Hudson 96, of Peabody, wife of the late Glenn E. Hudson, died on Wednesday, May 06, 2015 with her family by her side at the Rosewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Peabody.

Mrs. Hudson was born in Boston on May 24, 1918 the daughter of John and Elizabeth (O’Toole) McGonagle.

Mary is survived by her children and their spouses, Glenn A. and Kathleen Hudson of Peabody, and Mary and Joseph Troisi of Peachtree, GA; 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and a niece, Lisa Falkenthal. She was predeceased by her siblings, Margaret Falkenthal, Michael, Edward and Thomas McGonagle.

Her family will receive relatives and friends at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody on Monday, May 11, 2015 from 5 to 8 p.m. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, May 12th at 9 a.m. from the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Ann Church, 140 Lynn St., Peabody. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Home for Little Wanderers, www.thehome.org . Her burial will be held at St. Mary Cemetery, Newburyport.
