Obituary: Norma M Breen, Longtime Bookkeeper
Graduate of St. John's High School in Peabody, class of 1945

Norma M Breen, 87 of Peabody entered into rest on Monday September 29, 2014. Born in Peabody, she was the beloved daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Fader) Breen. She was a lifelong resident of Peabody and a graduate of St. John’s High School in Peabody, class of 1945.
She was first employed as a bookkeeper with Champion Lamps which was later acquired by Norelco Corporation in Lynn where she worked for over 45 years before retiring.

Upon her retirement, she looked forward to her travels to Australia and Cape Cod which she enjoyed very much. Norma also enjoyed reading, spending time with her frisky cat “Buffy” and her many day trips with the Council on Aging.
Norma is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Frederick and Esther Breen of Peabody, her sister and brother-in-law, Anne and Marshall Cole of Falmouth, her beloved nine nieces and nephews and their spouses, Patricia and Frank Rodriguez of AZ, Michael and Seaneen Breen and Joanne and Michael Caron, all of Danvers, Janice Govostes of Peabody, David and Robin Breen of Lynnfield, Stephen Cole of VT., Elaine and Dana Woodward of Falmouth, Diane and Gerald Leonard of West Roxbury, and Richard and Jean Cole of SC, and is also survived by 12 great nieces and nephews and by her dear friend Jack and Mary Ann Lepko of Marblehead.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lynn. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to MGH/North Shore Cancer Center, 102 Endicott St., Danvers, MA 01923.
