Peabody and Fenwick Field Hockey Enters Postseason

Peabody High field hockey is poised to begin its tournament journey Friday (2 p.m.) in Newton. The Lady Tanners finished their season 10-5-3 and are seeded 10th in Division I North, right in front of conference opponent Danvers.

Peabody faces Newton North (No. 7) in the first round, and if succesful, there moves on to the quarterfinals to face either Masconomet, Reading or Needham on Nov. 5. .

Bishop Fenwick field hockey is seeded 11th with an 8-7-3 record and travels to Tewksbury Thursday (2:15 p.m.) for a first round game in Division II North.
