Peabody Declares Snow Emergency Parking Ban For Tuesday Afternoon

After more than 3 feet of snow has draped the town in recent weeks, the parking ban is in effect with up to 4 inches possible on Tuesday.

PEABODY, MA — Peabody has declared yet another snow emergency parking ban for Tuesday, with up to 4 inches of snow expected from a fast-moving storm.

The declaration comes on the heels of two major snowstorms in recent weeks that have left streets narrowed with little place to put additional snow.

The ban was set to begin at 5 p.m. on Tuesday with no expiration time announced as of early Tuesday afternoon.
