Peabody Little League Accepting Nominations for Board of Directors

PEABODY, MA – Peabody Little League will hold its final Board of Directors meeting of the summer next Tuesday, August 9, the deadline to submit nominations for the next board.

All board positions are open and carry a one-year term; the board meets monthly except for July and December.

The Board of Directors consists of a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, Major League coordinator, safety officer, auxiliary officer, player agent, equipment manager, coaching coordinator and an internet and information officer.

Nominations can be emailed ahead of time to Brian Goldsworthy at gold23@outlook.com or made during the August 9 meeting. All nominations are due by the end of the meeting.

Elections for the next Board of Directors will take place Thursday, September 1. Both the August and September meetings will be held at the Peabody Municipal Light Plant Auditorium at 7 p.m.
