Peabody Man Sentenced In 2023 North Shore Home Invasion

PEABODY, MA — A Peabody man was sentenced to up to 15 years in jail on Wednesday after being found guilty of armed assault and weapons charges in a 2023 Lynn home invasion.
The Essex County District Attorney's Office said Brandys Nunez, 31, of Peabody, was sentenced in Essex Superior Court in Lawrence on Thursday to 10 to 15 years in prison and three years of probation.
He was found guilty in January of home invasion and four counts of armed assault with a gun.

Assistant District Attorney Anne Marie Gochis prosecuted the case on behalf of the Commonwealth.
Nunez was represented by defense attorney Ian Thomas Davis.

The Hon. Jeffrey Karp presided over the trial and handed down the sentence at Thursday's hearing.
