Peabody Police Holding Holiday Elementary School Toy Drive

The Peabody Police Department is collecting toys for children ages 4 through 11 in its lobby.

PEABODY, MA — The Peabody Police Department is one of several organizations in the city looking to make the holiday season a little brighter for children in need.

Peabody police are collecting toys for Peabody elementary school children ages 4 through 11. Residents can bring a new, unwrapped toy to the police station lobby.

Those who have questions or would like to make a direct donation without coming to the station can contact Capt. Scott Wlasuk, who has organized the drive since he was a patrolman, or reach out to School Resource Officer Eric Ricci, who is working with schools to identify families in need.
