Peabody Snow Emergency Parking Ban Begins Sunday

All vehicles left on the street are subject to being ticketed and towed.

PEABODY, MA — Peabody has declared a snow emergency parking ban beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday ahead of the pending storm.

Residents are urged to remove all parked cars from public roads to allow for safe and effective snowplow operations. Those left on public streets are subject to being ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.

A winter storm warning is in effect for Massachusetts from 7 a.m. Sunday to 8 p.m. Monday. Total snow accumulations between 13 and 19 inches are forecast, according to the latest updates from the National Weather Service on Saturday.
