Peabody Soccer Players Earn All-American Honors

Two soccer players from Peabody were honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America for the 2014 season.

Luke Finkelstein, a senior at Wheaton College, was named a Division III first-team All-American and Greg Conrad, a sophomore at Middlebury College was selected as third team All-American.

Finkelstein plays midfield for the men’s soccer team at Wheaton College in Norton and scored four goals and had four assists in the 2014 season. He ranks fourth at Wheaton in all-time assists, 28, and seventh all-time in games played, 83, according to a Wheaton athletics article.

Conrad plays forward for the men’s soccer team at Middlebury College in Middlebury, VT, and became the fourth player in the team’s history to earn NESCAC Player of the Year honors, according to a Middlebury athletics article.
