Peabody Tanners starting pitcher Tommy Burns was on cruise control and struck out seven Revere High batters enroute to a lopsided, 12-1 win at home on Monday.

The baseball team improved its record to 4-3 and never looked back after jumping out to an early lead on a gray, drizzly afternoon. Burns improved his record to 2-0.

Peabody Tanners catcher Aaron Comak had three hits, two RBIs and scored four runs in the victory and his teammate Ryan Noftle also had three hits, knocked in two runs and scored three runs in the win.
