Tanners Stunned by Revere Surge in Fourth Quarter [PHOTOS]

Peabody football club fell to Revere Saturday night after Patriots mounted stunning comeback late in game.

Through the third quarter, it seemed the Peabody Tanners had assured their victory over their first division opponent this season with a 17-0 lead on Revere -- certainly a turnaround from the the week before.

D.J. Henrick scored a touchdown, followed by a kick from Sean Wlasuk in the first quarter to put Peabody up 7-0, and then Wlasuk put a field goal between the posts the next quarter. In the third, Peabody sat at 17-0 after Nat Gaye picked up a TD on a 10-yard run and Wlasuk made good on another kick.

The Patriots mounted a stunning comeback in the fourth quarter, however, to completely up-end the Tanners. Three unanswered TDs and a two-point conversion, left the Peabody club down 20-17 at the final.
