Tuesday, March 17
At 2:51 p.m., assault and battery on Winona Street. Report of an assault that took place on a school bus called in by the student involved. Bus driver pulled over on Winona Street.
At 4:29 p.m., fraud reported on Evans Road. Party reported a threatening call from party claiming to be IRS.

At 4:33 p.m. identity fraud on Washington Street. Party reports that his toddler son’s identity was stolen.
At 4:38 p.m., larceny reported on Elizabeth Lane. Caller reported that UPS packages were stolen from his residence. Officer reported stolen stereo equipment.

At 5:53 p.m., tree down on Paleologos Street. PMLP and DPS notified.
At 6:17 p.m., large tree down in the Welch School parking lot on Swampscott Avenue. DPS notified.
At 6:29 p.m., tree down on Pine Street. Officer removed the branches from the street.
At 6:50 p.m., area check on Stockton Road. Water main break reported.
At 6:55 p.m., larceny at Lucky Dogs Daycare on Bourbon Street. Party attempted to force his way into the dog daycare in the rear to try to grab a dog. He also ate $7 worth of dog treats.
At 8:09 p.m., two vehicle accident on Bartholomew Street. Road conditions deteriorating.
At 8:42 p.m., robbery at People’s United Bank on Central Street. Caller reports that there is a lot of blood on the ATM. Sgt. confirmed an armed robbery with a knife.
At 8:52 p.m., larceny over $250 on Aberdeen Avenue. Officer reported that a Canon wireless printer valued at $252 was missing. Suspect.
At 10:37 p.m., assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at the Portuguese-American War Veterans on Tremont Street.Officer reports a stabbing. Victim transported to an area hospital. Eric Duran, 33, of Peabody, arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon.
Wednesday, March 18
At 10:20 a.m., suspicious activity at Lucky Dogs Daycare on Bourbon Street. Employee of the dog daycare stated that a man tried to enter the business through the rear door. Reporting party stated they had a problem with the same person yesterday. Officer reports the suspect was issued a verbal notice of no-trespass by the business owner. Officer will document.
At 1:27 p.m., shoplifter detained at H&M. Store will handle.
