At 4:20 p.m., motor vehicle accident involving a sander at Red’s Kitchen and Tavern on Newbury Street. Other driver pregnant. State police notified.

At 6:13 p.m., assist citizen on Fulton Street. party would like to talk to an officer regarding an issue with her neighbor plowing snow onto her property.

At 7:19 p.m., motor vehicle accident on Farm Avenue. Contracted city plow truck struck a house, nobody injured. Minor damage to the siding in the rear of the house. Documented and vehicle removed from the house.

At 8:21 p.m., motor vehicle stop on Lowell Street.verbal warning given for not clearing snow from license plate.

Tuesday, Feb. 3

At 5:53 a.m., motor vehicle accident in area of Main Street Laundry on Main Street. No injuries. No tows.

At 6:06 a.m., motor vehicle stop in the area of the Peabody Fire Department headquarters on Lowell Street. Officer reported stopping a Toyota Tacoma for driving on the wrong side of the road. License Plate unreadable, covered by snow. Verbal warning for marked lanes violation.

At 9:33 a.m., pedestrian struck by motor vehicle in Peabody Square. Pedestrian transported to an area hospital.

At 11:53 a.m., disabled vehicle in Wilson Square.The officer pushed the vehicle into the gas station.

At 1:55 p.m., identity fraud reported on Emerson Avenue.
