Police: Drunk Driving Arrest; Transformer Fire; Significant Flooding Damage at Extended Stay America

Wednesday, July 8

At 5:25 p.m., car swerving in traffic on Lowell Street. Vehicle pulled into pumps at Hess. Francis H. Reardon, 66, of Peabody, arrested for revoked registration and warrant.

At 8:12 p.m., assist fire department on Olsen Road. Transformer fire. PMLP on scene.

At 10:40 p.m., assist merchant at Extended Stay America on Jubilee Drive. Flooding in Room #321. PFD reported significant damage to floors 1, 2 and 3.

At 2:18 a.m., arrest in the vicinity of Prospect Street. Caller reported what sounded like a motor vehicle accident. Mall Security stated that the vehicle is possibly a small brown SUV and is driving on a rim. Officers stopped the vehicle near a bike path behind Lahey Clinic. Eduardo Greenlaw, 18, address listed as homeless, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle while having a suspended license and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage. The vehicle was towed.

At 8:47 a.m., vandalism on Tamarack Lane. Vandalism to a window.

At 12:53 p.m., motor vehicle stop in area of peabody Glass and Mirror Co. on Howley Street. Operator received a citation for a stop sign violation.
